56757 - GIF background image disappears

When you load the above URL (site I work at), the background of the logo-bar
will show then promptly disappear, and sometimes garbage will be written in the
space (such as if you reload, sometimes the tooltip for reloading will appear
into the background).  This works fine with jpg's though (we changed the
background to jpg and it works, but it looked like crap, and mozillazine uses
jpg's for their bar).  Will attach a testcase.

Checked on build 2000-10-24-09-MN6 and this does not appear to be fixed

I'm on a CVS build from 10-24, and it still works perfectly (hell of a lot
better than IE or Net) for me on Win98.  Are you on NT or something?

I just talked to one of my friends who is on 2000 and he confirmed that it does
NOT work on 2000, but it still works perfectly on 98 for me.  Am changing OS to
reflect.
