In the old addon manager when you uninstalled/disabled/enabled a bunch of addons there was one restart button. With the new addon maanger there is a restart button displayed within each addon that is being removed/disabled/enabled.
I'd like to see a global restart button added (in addition to the restart buttons already implemented is fine) to the top someplace so that a single restart button is always easy to find, and quickly indicates that some addon's status will change on restart.
Often when I'm quickly making changes I loose track of a restart button when that's what I want to do, and having to find one is bothersome.
