Large number of recipients doesn't produce a scrollbar

screenshot before expand of To field (notice the body with "hello")
If you have a mail with a large number of recipients and you press the arrow
just right ot the "To: " all the recipients are shown.
But if the number of recipients are large it's impossible to see the body of the
mail. Not even the scrolldown of either the mouse nor the keyboard works.
I'll attach a screenshot and test mail.

Is this behaviour still there in a nightly? Could you please attach a screenshot?
