56828 - problems entering multiple email addresses

2000-10-16-09-MN6 build on US Win95.

1. Open new mail compose window.
2. Type an email address and hit return.
3. New "To:" line is created with dropdown menu and address card icon.
4. But loses focus, so clicked on new "To:" line.
5. Typed a 2nd email address and hit return.
6. It appears that no new "To:" line is created and focus is lost again.

To the user, it appears that s/he cannot type more than 2 addresses, but
if you resize then you will see the 3rd line.  But there is not visual
feedback (e.g., scrollbar) to indicate that anything actually changed.

Even knowing the workarounds, this is a usability nightmare.  You need
to type, click, resize to enter more than 2 email addresses rather than
just typing.

Part of this is a duplicate of 56916 and the other part of 56340.  I think this
should be marked  a dup of the 1st, since the 2nd one is targeted to get fixed
soon.  comments!
