2) mobile-e10s mozconfigs should have --enable-ipc

"our repo" meaning hg.m.o/mobile-browser ?
There are a number of patches that haven't gotten merged yet.

Attachment: config changes for mobile-e10s

This patch:

1) copies mobile/{maemo4,linux-i686}/mobile-browser/nightly to mobile/{maemo4,linux-i686}/mobile-e10s/nightly and s,disable-ipc,enable-ipc,
2) points mobile_config to the new mobile-e10s/nightly mozconfigs and the mobile-e10s user mobile_repo_path
3) removes the maemo5-{gtk,qt} mobile-e10s overrides, which basically did (2) for maemo5-* only.

Tagging bhearsum since he commented in this bug, and since my usual review buddy is on vacation.
