I need to access the scheduler_staging on tm-stage01-master01.mozilla.org from talos-staging-master02 as the buildbot_setup user.

Define access.  


talos-staging-master2 -> tm-stage01-master01:3306 ?

(firewall & db acls I imagine)

Yes, firewall access to port 3306, and db permissions for r/w access (including CREATE/ALTER/DROP table).

Got it. I cannot find talos-staging-master02. What datacentre is this in (I could not access it from Boris)? Once I can get logged into that box, I can add permissions for buildbot_setup user to access tm-stage01-master01, and it'll probably only take 5-10 minutes.

It's actually in the MV office: talos-staging-master02 (10.250.48.139)
You should be able to reach it from the build VPN, MV VPN, or anywhere inside the office.
