Add form error messages to the Get Involved page instead of on a separate page

Currently the Get In Touch form on the Get Involved page sends you off that page when it gives you an error with the form instead of letting people have another go at submitting things. There is space below the Submit button, so let's move any errors messages there so people don't need to navigate back to the page to try again. If there are better suggestions for where to add these messages, that's great.

FYI, I don't think this bug and bug 649382 are duplicates, but I did want to make note of it here since they are related. Bug 649382 is about making the 'I'm interested in' field required instead of the current setting where it is optional.
That would also require creating some error messages associated with that and we'd want to do those in a consistent way with the error messages for the other fields (so maybe these bugs are duplicates after all).
If we want to dupe these, we can move all conversations about this topic in one bug. If they aren't dupes, we can keep them separate.
