Weave : 1.3rc3

I was using weave rc2 and then I updated from rc2 to rc3 at approx 2pm on thursday 5/27. But then, when I clicked on my profile name on the bottom right corner, the menu item showed - "Last update:Thu 12.57" (Screenshot attached) whereas the time on my computer is 2.07pm(see screenshot) and I updated weave just minutes ago. So I was confused whether this is the last weave update time or the last sync time. 

Then I figured out that its the last sync time but I was confused for a moment. So a suggestion would be to change the message to "Last Sync update" instead of "Last update" to avoid any confusion.

Also fixes string in mobile and gets rid of unused strings.

(We should really move services/sync/locales/en-US/sync.properties to browser/locales...)

STRs for QA:

1. Customize toolbar and add the Sync button to one of the toolbars.
2. Sync
3. Hover over the toolbar button. Should now say: "Last sync: ..."
