I live in Israel and when I make an appointment in Lightning it shows up as an hour later on my google calendar and phone. When I make it on my google calendar or phone it shows up an hour earlier (i.e. schedule a 9AM meeting and in lightning it shows up as 8AM.)
This may have to do with the fact that Israel's DST rules are not 100% tied to the Gregorian calendar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set timezone to Asia/Jerusalem
2. Sync with google calendar.
3. create new appointment and see difference of 1 hour between lightning's time and google's time (this only happens During DST...)
Actual Results:
The appointment time was off by 1 hour
Expected Results:
the appointment times should have been identical between the two synchronized calendar.
