In print preview mode (arrived at by file > print preview), for a message which prints on several pages, the page-down and page-up keys do nothing, i.e., pressing either of these keys has no effect.  Mouse wheel scrolling and clicking in the scroll bar has the expected effects.  This problem was present in 2.0.0.24 as well.  Works ok in Firefox 3.6.3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a multipage (i.e. long) message
2. Select print preview from 'file' pulldown.
3. Click in previewed message body to force focus (optional).
4. Press page down (or if several pages in, page up).

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Display moves down by one screenful or one rendered page.

I'm classifying this as normal severity, rather than minor, because although there is an easy workaround by using the scrollbar, users are likely to be surprised and easily frustrated by this failure.

Not for me, using 3.1rc1 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100526 Thunderbird/3.1).
Bug is still there for me in 3.1rc2. (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100608 Thunderbird/3.1)
