Scroll down in the page is slow.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to Options->Preferences and make sure JavaScript is enabled.
3. Access www.randomibis.com/coolclock/ page
4. Wait until page loads and then pan down.
5. Load www.randomibis.com/coolclock/ in device's native browser and scroll down.
Actual Results:
Panning in www.randomibis.com/coolclock/ with Fennec is very slow (no matter how fast stylus is used). When disabling JS and reloading the page, scrolling works fine.
In device's native browser, panning in this page is smooth (when JS is enabled)

Expected Results:
Panning should accelerate/ slow down depending on how the stylus is used
I see the same.
