When sending mail triggered by watching a user, include the responsible user names in the mail body

When I get email from Bugzilla which has been triggered by me watching a user, I see line(s) like this at the bottom:

------- You are receiving this mail because: -------
You are on the CC list for the bug.
You are watching the QA contact of the bug.

It would be extremely useful if the actual address is included as well.  This is already available in the value of the X-Bugzilla-Watch-Reason header.  An example of what an ideal header would look like:

------- You are receiving this mail because: -------
You are on the CC list for the bug.
You are watching the QA contact of the bug (editor@core.bugs).
  Oh, this is a reasonable idea. :-)
