Details

add and test calls to EventUtils.js (http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mochitest/tests/SimpleTest/EventUtils.js). There are 270 tests that use this utility file, mostly in toolkit and content. The majority of this is mousemove type of stuff. I suspect this might be more difficult since this could fall into converting tests to event driven.
