Details
the graphic at the top of the page is not displayed as on IE5. Mouse rollover
doesnt work on left bar.

win98 2000101704, the top renders for me (albeit bad, but lots of bad html there).
as for the left menu, uses <ilayer>, a ie specific tag.
what build id are you using?

Checked the page in both IE 5.5 and Mozilla Build ID 2000101908 from MN6 branch.
No difference.
