User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.9) Gecko/20100317 Lightning/1.0b1 Thunderbird/3.0.4 I use IMAP and copy all sent messages into my inbox/sent folder. Sometimes emails do not become visible in TB for up to several hours. I have verified that the messages indeed are on the IMAP server by logging in via webmail. They will always eappear eventually (with correct timestamps, etc) Rebuilding the index (or restarting the T-Bird) will make the messages appear. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Can't - I have not been able to figure out if there is a pattern 2. 3.

Can you provide an imap log (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging) so we can analyse what's going on ?
