+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #571038 +++ bug 571038 got sidetracked a little, this is bug is for tracking implementation of blocklisting Flash if we decide to do so. Due to the severity of Adobe's Flash exploit we should update the blocklist to message Firefox users their version of Flash is out of date. Waiting on an fixed version of Flash we can point users to before doing this and resolution on effectiveness of blocklist and in-product page messaging.
Flash 10.1 is out, we should also try to get PFS updated. https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Installing+the+Flash+plugin has links to direct downloads if we want to try that instead of using the messy Adobe DLM process.
