We're going with a totally tag-based system for dividing and filtering Questions in 2.2. It will make everything cleaner if we just drop the QuestionsForum model completely and shift everything up one level: e.g. /en-US/questions will be what's currently /en-US/questions/firefox-support-forum. (Chris Howse is going to help us surface the current tag(s) a little better in the UI.)
