57177 - bold, italic/etc attrs don't close inside tables if mis-nested

If you have mis-nested tags (like <p><b>bold</p></b>), this works fine outside a
table (the bold gets turned off at the </b>, which is the same as ns4.7). 
However, inside a table, the bold never gets turned off and applies to the rest
of the document, even if there are <b> ... </b> tags.  Same for italics.

I've lost the original site - it was a new york law journal (review) website
story.
