Don't import Fx's bug 427258 to Tb, please. Set browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone=false by default, to protect Thunderbird users from Bug 427258.

As I wrote in bug 427258 comment #22, bug 427258 occurs on Tb 3 too. Set browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone=false by default, to protect Thunderbird users from Bug 427258. Mailer users usually enable Virus Scanning by OS or anti-virus software upon file writing, as attack with mail attachment is well known. So, virus check is usually done upon file writing of attachment data to save directory. I think default of browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone=false won't produce any problem on almost all Tb users, and it never produces problem of bug 427258 on any Tb user.
