When dragging a tab from a browser displayed on one monitor, to the empty desktop on another monitor, a new window is opened on the monitor the tag was dragged from. It should, or would be nice if it opened on the monitor the tab was dragged to. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Place a browser on one monitor. 2. Drag a tab to the empty desktop on another monitor. 3.
