Just for the sake of atomizing it for the downtime and not to add noise to bug 557918.
We have Fedora coverage on talos/r3 machines for m-c and soon we will have Fedora coverage for releases. We can go ahead with this.

From the imports in mozilla/builder_master.cfg I believe this is the only thing needed for both production and staging on the new 0.8.0 masters.
