Steps to reproduce:
1. Click the URL field
2. Start typing a URL

Result: the field was disabled because I didn't check the box first

Expected: instead of having a checkbox, just submit whatever I type. Or automatically check the box if I start typing, and don't disable the field when it's unchecked.

Since we pre-fill the box with the URL you were last on (and by "we" I mean the feedback extension is supposed to append ?url=... to the /sad URL), and since it is opt-in, we need the check box. I checked the box by default before, resulting in bug 570763.

URLs are strictly opt-in and thus need the check box. If that requirement changes, feel free to reopen.
