Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Configure a debug build
2. Make nsTextEditorTest.obj
3. Change one of the files that it includes
4. Attempt to remake nsTextEditorTest.obj

Expected result: nsTextEditorTest.obj is remade

Actual result: nothing happens
