User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 (.NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152) Build Identifier: 3.0.5 When I try to print an email from Thunderbird 3.0.5 on my Epsom Stylus R200, Print preview displayed properly but the Epsom printer wouldn't print("no content"). The hint to uninstall the printer and reinstall with new drivers didn't work, either. Epsom wouldn't let me look for a better driver. System is Dell XPS 200 Windows XP with latest updates. I have just reinstalled Thunderbird 2, version 2.0.0.24 (20100228). I like it better, anyway. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.repeat "ctl P" 2.Look at print preview. It looks fine. Click on "Print". 3. Checked that printer was working for another program. 4.Look for problem in on line help. Guy fixed problem with another printer by getting new driver. 5. Uninstalled printer and followed XP procedure to reinstall. 6.repeat steps 1,2,3. Actual Results: Print preview on Epsom shows two blank pages. printer made noises like starting to print, but then stopped. Nothing printed Expected Results: A proper print out. I reinstalled Thunderbird 2 which printed the required copy perfectly. T'bird 2 works better, anyway.
Have you tried safe mode? (see https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode for more information) Anything in Tools -> error console when this happenned ?
