This one could be intermittent in the same session. After clearing the cache and loading a page in one, or more likely pages in more than one tab (different web pages), the tab label of the last web page loaded will show the page's favicon plus "Loading..." when the page has finished loading, as indicated on the page in the tab as well as by the word "Done" in the lower left hand corner of Minefield.

If you click on another tab, "Loading..." disappears to show the expected page title.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clear the cache.
2. Load pages in tabs until you see above behavior
3.
Actual Results:
In tab label, the page's favicon and "Loading..."

Expected Results:
The title of the page in the tab label.

Displayed the web page title on the tab label.
Summary: Tab label shows favicon + "Loading..." when after page has finished loading → Tab label shows favicon + "Loading..." when page has finished loading
