I added the following to my usercrome.css: #today-header, #tomorrow-header, #nextweek-header { background-color: threedface; border-bottom: 1px solid threedshadow; } I think this enhances usability as it is clear at the first glance where the events for today end and the ones for tomorrow start. The code above makes it look nice enough for me, but I am sure that I missed something, and it needs to be converted from CSS to a source code patch. Hope it helps anyway. Reproducible: Always

This seems to have been improved for a long time. Bug 1728743 will hopefully improve the today pane even further.
