Switching the dependency here since the branches are up and running, and now that this is the case TBPL can be enabled for them.

The disposable branches are:

hg.m.o/projects/{maple,cedar,birch}

Pushing the patch wouldn't update the code on the production server.

Sorry for the delay, I just pushed this for you and updated the server. The answer to my question is apparently yes, so I've pushed that other change, too.
