we should change the error notification message when the device is not connected, and attempting to load a url in the native browser. the current error message is unhelpful and unfriendly.

"Error Loading Page 22: NSPOSIXErrorDomain"

Repro:
1) install FFHome beta 13 and sync
2) exit FF Home, then disconnect 3g or wifi from device
3) launch app, and open bookmarks, and select a bookmark to load in native browser
4) Verify after the initial error that says "No network access", immediately follows another alert saying

"Error Loading Page 22: NSPOSIXErrorDomain"

Expected:
- a friendlier message to users
