The current load on the try server is too high for Windows slaves and we want to start running some suites on the minis (those that are currently running green) and disable this same subset from the try builders. This will require us to run this in parallel for a day or two before disabling on the try builders (I want to be sure and make sure that everything shows properly on TBPL).

Let's get this going instead of waiting for the remaining oranges. This should reduce Win32 unit test load on the try server to 2/10 of the current load.

We never ended up taking this route as we added more win32 slaves to the try pool and we are about to stop running unit tests for Win32 on the builders.
