Image shows the title new tab not present
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a6pre) Gecko/20100622 Minefield/3.7a6pre
Steps to reproduce:
1)launch firefox browser
2)click on the plus sign(+) to open a new tab
Actual result:
New tab is successfully opened with no title present
Expected result:
New tab should contain the title "new tab"

Do you have any extensions installed? Please try in safe mode. If it doesn't help please also check a fresh profile and the error console. I can't reproduce it on my Win7 box.

this is a known regression and a dupe, but I always fail to immediately find the bug, btw it's a layout bug. let me see if I can find it.
