Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto a web page that does not fit on the screen (ex: http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Firefox/) 2. Click on the middle mouse button (MS calls it the AutoScroll button). 3. Box shows on the screen about the size of the scroll icon, but garbage is displayed in it. Actual Results: Box shows on the screen about the size of the scroll icon, but garbage is displayed in it. See example at http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/9485/autoscrollicon.jpg. Expected Results: The normal icon should display '<0>'

I wonder if we create this ourselves, or if it is os drawn. If we do it ourselves, this may be a dupe of bug 574635.
