Checkbox should not change state unless clicked on. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Options(Preferences) dialog and go to the Privacy panel 
2. In the History section, toggle the drop down to show "Use Custom settings for history"
3. A checkbox with different options appears. Try switching through different settings.  
3. Click several times to the right of "Rember my browsing history" (on the same line)



Actual Results:  
Checking/Unchecking can be performed outside the designated area(See attached screenshot). 

Expected Results:  
Checking/unchecking area should be limited to the square graphic item.
