Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn off Menu bar and show Minefield button 2. Hit Full screen mode 3. mouse into the area below the tabs/toolbars 4. Watch Content area roll over menu 5. move mouse up to top of screen Actual Results: Full screen controls remain hidden The content area rolls over the controls/toolbars area instead of the toolbars retracting. Expected Results: full screen controls pop back down. Work the same as the menu bar being enabled. Probably related to clicking in the titlebar is not working, or drawing the custom titlebar and/or by default.

This sounds like its tied to bug 555081.
The main window titlebar also stays in place when in Fullscreen mode. The target hit area seems to have been moved down today to where the maximized menu button edge is. Which that allow the full screen controls to drop down.
fixed by the patch in bug 575044.
