1) Please change the redirect download urls on download.m.o from
product=firefox-latest-euballot -> product=firefox-3.6.4-euballot
and that should change to
product=firefox-latest-euballot -> product=firefox-3.6.6-euballot
2) Update download box for browserchoice.m.c to FF3.6.6 by doing svn up for that website
(for reference, during the FF3.6.4 release, this was done in bug#573904 and bug#573905.)
Filing this bug in RelEng for now; will push to ServerOps once we ship and need this flipped live.

Going to "http://download-eu.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-euballot&os=win&lang=en-GB" will sometimes give you FF3.6.4 and sometimes FF3.6.6.
Rail saw this a few hours ago, but it now seems to work for him. I just tried that URL 10 times in a row, and consistently get FF3.6.4, when I should be getting FF3.6.6.
