The pane that is displayed on clicking the Themes option in the left hand pane 
of the Preferences window does not correctly layout the Apply Theme button 
(which may be either Apply Modern or Apply Classic as the case may be) ON 
clicking the button, the theme changes and the pane is layed out correctly, with 
the bevelled panel containing the button being layed out correctly also. Before 
clicking the Apply button, the panel's border is also obscured. I haven't yet 
checked the size of the Preferences panel before and after clicking the button 
but will do that after submitting this bug. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit menu -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Themes
2. If theme is set to Classic, problem appears
3. Button will not be displayed correctly. Click on the Apply button and the 
panel will be displayed correctly

It looks fine to me on linux trunk build 2000110108.  Do you still see the
problem with a newer build?
