Steps to Reproduce : 
1. Open a New tab
2. Click on the firefox window to move cursor away from location bar. 

Expected Result :
"Go button" Should not be visible when cursor is not in the location bar

Actual Result : 
"Go button" is visible when cursor is not in the location bar.
