Details

AppTabs should be single-instance, shared between all browser windows. This way, you always have access to the same instance of a given web app from any window.

When switching to an AppTab, its instance (docshell) should be moved from any previous window. 

If two windows have the same AppTab selected, the focused window should have the docshell, and the unfocused window should display a faded static (and non-interactive) snapshot of the page. Focusing the other window would swap the docshell and the snapshot (which should be updated).
