There should be a checkbox there that places them on top/bottom when checked. Seems like it belongs there...

It's under Customize in the new Minefield button (which is not yet finished, don't worry), or under View in the menubar (you can still use alt or F10 to popup the menubar).

That's unrelated to this bug. There may be a lot of places where you can switch tabs, this isn't about the advertisement of that feature, it's a bug in the preference panel, where this would belong (as well).

Oops, didn't want to mean to close it immediately - the design is not finished, and a lot of things can still change. Or has to change as they're confusing (there is still both a Firefox button and a menubar for instance).

Anyway, I think this beat will come out way to fast, as lots of people will complain about 1 thing or another (I'm preparing for a hundred where's-the-menubar bugs).

Hi Firefox 57 doesn't have the option to switch tabs to bottom or any extensions that let me choose how to customize the browser to how I like.  I'm really not impressed with 57 none of my extensions work and I can't customize the browser as much as I could?  Why not just join the chrome team?
