Not sure if this has been implemented, but the app button is not yet appearing in the title bar on windows XP

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load latest build of Firefox
2. Turn off menu bar

Actual Results:
App button appears on left of tab bar
Expected Results:
App button appears in title bar
