When opening a new tab, the "Loading" persists in the tab name, until switching to the tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new tab
2. Wait for loading to finish
3. Switch to tab to rid of "Loading"
I assume you are using a personas. If not feel free to reopen.
