It's a duplicate with gfx/thebes/GLDefs.h. The attached patch removes it, and adds 2 new defines to gfx/thebes/GLDefs.h, which until now I had put in a the .cpp file where I used them, as I didn't know in which of these two GLDefs.h files to add them.
