Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to download a file.
Actual Results:
The "Opening <filename>" window sometimes has a black line at the right.
Expected Results:
The window should never have that black line.

Please note that this doesn't happen all the time. Try, say, 10 times, the same link. You don't have to actually download anything, just click a link, and if the black line does not appear, just click Cancel, and try again.
