While I could swear this was working at one point, I currently can't get a
context menu in the location bar by right clicking in it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Right Click in location bar.

Actual Results: Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  A context menu with such standard items as cut, copy, paste
should pop up. 	

I understand a "paste and go" option is being kicked around.  I'd like that too
