We show some remnant of link outlines (however we draw them) for clipped content STEPS TO REPRODUCE: * load http://www.rpi.edu/~boberb/mozbugs/mozbugs1.html * make your browser window significantly taller than the red area of the document * click the "Click here" in the green area ACTUAL RESULTS: * an outline is visible where the text would be if it were not clipped BUGGY ON: * My linux optimized build from sometime last week.
