I must open another browser (not Firefox) and go through the same process. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on link 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Page should have printed, picture should enlarge or change aspect view of the object. Page should print, picture should enlarge or change aspect view of the object.
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing%20profiles Can you please update to Firefox 3.6.13 or later, and create a new profile using the above link. Then, if you still see this problem please give more specific steps to reproduce. "Click on Link" aren't specific enough for me to follow.
