User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

When a page using default width or width:100% on its elements is viewed and the address bar has an icon such as the rss icon then a default minimum width is being set for me. The width seems to vary with the amount of icons on the page. When I view the page of the example url with the firefox window set as small as possible I lose the blue box. If you compare that with: http://leadiv.com/projects/fferr/test.noicon.html You will see that the blue box shows up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox in safe mode
2. View: http://leadiv.com/projects/fferr/test.icon.html
3. Shrink the window as small as possble
Actual Results:
Even though the red box is using default width of the page. The box will stop stinking when the window's with is less then 300px. This occurs even if the width of the red box is set to width:100%;. This is evident by the blue box that is floated to the right. It will disappear.

Expected Results:
The icons on the address bar should not effect or set a minimum width on the page. If you compare this with http://leadiv.com/projects/fferr/test.noicon.html on Safe Mode you will see that the expected result should be. The blue box should show up.
This is most likely bug 428939.
