Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------
1. went to kickapps.com
2. clicked additional links into kickdeveloper.com
3. tab title shows 'new tab' instead of title
4. if you click to another tab and then back to faulty one, title shows up correctly
5. address bar does not show the correct address, seemingly no matter what
-- it shows the originally typed address, which doesn't get updated as new pages are rendered

Does it happen in safe mode? Do you have a persona installed? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+mode
