If I switch to full screen mode by pressing F11, then I close the browser (while still in full screen), when I open it again the brigthness is increased till a level where the browser is unusable. The only solution is to switch back to normal screen mode, then everything gets back to normal.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to full screen mode
2. While in full screen mode, close the browser
3. Open it again. Being in full screen mode, the brightness will increase.
Actual Results:  
Brightness was increased

Expected Results:  
Open a window in normal screen mode, or, even if in full screen, with normal brightness level

The only solution is to exit full screen, then everything gets back to normal.
