MOZ_LDAP_XPCOM_EXPERIMENTAL no longer works, at LEAST because of the XPCOM Registration changes. it was added waaaay back in 2001. We should just kill it off.

dmose said he's happy for this to go as it doesn't really apply to anything these days, and it isn't on by default. So its time to kill this code.

Serge: there is no way that this has anything to do with the move from CVS of LDAP. Please stop assuming vague dependencies. Patch was checked in earlier today: http://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/870a3a0ea428
