strip attachments when saving to Sent folder

Build Identifier:
Add an option to Edit->Account Settings->Copies & Folders->Place a copy in: to strip attachments and replace with a marker.
Saving the attachments can be too slow when using a remote Sent folder.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check Edit->Account Settings->Copies & Folders->Place a copy in:
2. Check "Sent" Folder on a remote IMAPS server.
3. Send a message with a big attachment.
Actual Results:
Thunderbird hangs or takes too long to copy the message to the "Sent" folder.
Expected Results:
Saving a big sent message takes too long.

Actually leaving a link (as in the detachment routine) would be even more useful since the data is stored on the local machine anyway and the link is known at send time.
Therefore the title should be: "Detach or remove attachments before saving to sent mail folder"
